  • Summit Church

Modern Services Worship Director | Durango, CO

    Salary Range: $60k+

Summit Church is a vibrant UMC church located in the historic mountain town of Durango, Colorado. Summit is led by Jeff Huber, a seasoned pastor who’s been faithfully serving this community for over 20 years. He’s wise, a life-long learner, and is committed to looking for new ways to reach the mostly unreached community of Durango.

Since the pandemic, Summit has been growing across all age demographics including young families, retirees, and Ft. Lewis College students. They have a beautiful facility and have recently completed a remodel of the foyer and “living room” area for people to connect pre- and post-service. It’s a family-oriented church committed to healthy community in a very isolated and individualistic culture.

The worship ministry has a solid foundation of talented and committed volunteers (formed by a 10KFAM alumnus!), but they’re now in need of their next leader. They’re looking for someone with the musical competence to grow and lead the band, a vision to see a community grow in corporate worship, and someone to pastor the worship team. Summit is open to a female leader. The compensation starts at $60k and has great flexibility to increase according to qualification and experience.

  • Real Life Spokane

    Worship Pastor | Spokane, WA

Salary Range: Starting around $70,000 (negotiable based on experience)

Real Life Spokane is a steadily growing non-denominational Evangelical church in northern Spokane and is one of nearly 30 “Real Life” churches in the Pacific Northwest, which function as a relational network. They are running 700-750 on Sunday mornings with great financial stability and in 2024 will begin a multi-million dollar renovation that will significantly expand their sanctuary and upgrade their facilities.
